What people are saying in Louisiana

I had PRK 3 weeks ago. It was worth it 100% after wearing glasses/ contacts for 30+ years. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so late in life to have it done. There was no pain, only a slight discomfort for two days. The entire staff was great and professional. I highly recommend the surgery and this team. It’s nice to receive great customer service and know that you are in good hands!

I recently had my LASIK procedure done at the Lasik Vision Institute, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. As a 40-something who has worn glasses or contacts since my early teens, I was thrilled to notice an improvement in my vision as early as the next day. It's incredible not to have to depend on glasses or contacts to see clearly. One of the highlights of my experience was the Lifetime Assurance…

I had PRK eye surgery with LASIK Vision Institute. The recovery time for PRK compared to LASIK varies (depends on how bad your vision is and if you have astigmatism) and takes longer but it is worth it. The first three to four days after surgery are the hardest so plan to have someone stay with you to bring you food and drinks because all you will want to do (and should do) is lay…

I am currently 3 weeks post-op and I have to say that the doctors and staff were all welcoming and comforting throughout my entire process. Everything they have described about the surgery and recovery were spot on. They were able to provide same day surgery if my eyes were healthy, which is a big plus since I live out of state. I would highly recommend this place for LASIK.

The LASIK Vision Institute was great. The staff were very friendly and the doctors were patient and kind. The staff and doctors answered all questions I had and encouraged me through the process. I’m currently about four days post-surgery and my eyes are working better than they have in a long time. 20/20! The surgery itself was painless and quick and the doctors gave clear instructions to aid the already quick recovery. Would 10/10 recommend…

To see all of our reviews, please look at our Google My Business or Yelp reviews. Reviews reflect individual experiences. As with all medical procedures, individual results will vary, and anyone considering LASIK should speak with a doctor. A review of scientific articles published between 2008 and 2015 published in the Journal of Cataract & Refractive Surgery found that 99.5% (59,503/59,833) of LASIK treated eyes addressed in the literature achieved post-operative acuity better than 20/40
