What people are saying in Cleveland

Dr. Thomas and staff were very friendly and helpful. The eye exam was quick and easy, we scheduled my LASIK surgery the next day! I went from not being able to see without glasses when I would wake up in the morning to better than 20/20 vision within 24 hours. The recovery was uncomfortable but very short term (24-48 hours), it’s now 3 months later and I have no issues or complaints.

Great experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Every question / concern was addressed. During the procedure, Dr. Thomas communicated extremely well. There were no surprises other than getting up from the table and being able to see better almost immediately. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve been wearing glasses since the age of 15, ~(-4.50). Life changing surgery, took about 10 minutes; 5/10 discomfort, the 5 hours after the surgery are the hardest part. Lots of tearing, runny nose; 8/10 discomfort. Next day: vision is clear, vision slightly blurry seeing halos around light sources, tired eyes, red marks on the white part of the eyes but no discomfort anymore, sensitive to light areas/devices. Staff was nice and helpful.

They were able to get me in quickly for my procedure. I received a discount from my insurance, but financing options were available to assist with payment. Everyone there is super friendly. It was a very welcoming experience. The procedure itself took about 10 minutes. It was quick with some discomfort but Dr. Thomas communicates what he is doing very well. You then go home and nap (my favorite part), and then use eye drops…

As with all medical procedures, individual results will vary, and anyone considering LASIK should speak with a doctor. A review of scientific articles published between 2008 and 2015 published in the Journal of Cataract & Refractive Surgery found that 99.5% (59,503/59,833) of LASIK treated eyes addressed in the literature achieved post-operative acuity better than 20/40
