The staff was incredibly kind. Even though I arrived late due to traffic, they still were able to see me. They provide a short video that clearly explains the process of the surgery. The eye exam was quick and efficient, and the doctor went over what to expect if I choose to get LASIK. The staff broke down the pricing thoroughly upfront.
