Dr. Peter Shriver’s unique training, background, and clinical experience bring an unparalleled expertise to laser vision correction, specifically LASIK and PRK. At LasikPlus, he and his team are dedicated to ensuring each patient receives the highest degree of medical care.

During his Fellowship at the University of California, Dr. Shriver was awarded the Beckman Laser Fellow, during which he conducted the original FDA trials evaluating the safety and usability of lasers for both LASIK and PRK procedures. Since then, he has performed over 12,000 LASIK procedures, in both North and South America, as well as trained hundreds of eye surgeons in the LASIK procedure.

Dr. Shriver’s years of advanced training, surgical expertise, and teaching experience at world-renowned institutions remains unmatched in the world of Ophthalmology, and puts him in a class of his own.

Additionally, he has been an invited national lecturer in the field of Ophthalmology and LASIK.

His LASIK patients include fellow eye surgeons, Hall of Fame athletes, Special Forces Personnel, MLB, NHL, and LPGA players, Olympic athletes, Air Force pilots, and his own family members, including his wife and son. Having had LASIK himself, Dr. Shriver understands the emotional decision to entrust your eyes to a surgeon. He makes himself available to his patients, both before, and after their LASIK procedure.
